The results are in from our research project with PARN. 

Currently there are 1137 organisations that have EAPs in the UK covering some 2.26 million employees (around 10% of the UK working employee population).  The value of this business is £22.53M. These figures were higher than our estimates before however it confirms that in the UK EAPs have a low penetration.  This is good news as there are lots of opportunities for market growth. The current market for telephone counselling helplines (only) is 304 organisations covering another 1.79 million employees and worth just over £2M.
