DON'T LET EAPs BECOME A VICTIM OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY CRISIS
Dated: 05/03/2010
As reported on People Management, the UK EAPA has urged employees not to let recent events undermine confidence in employee assistance programmes. “Employers need to make certain their people are aware of the well-being support available from their EAP and are not prevented from making the most of the service because of unnecessary concerns that their confidentiality may be breached,” says Eugene Farrell, EAPA's UK chairman.
