EAPA to hold AGM at Health & Welllbeing @ Work Conference 2012

This year's UK EAPA Annual General Meeting will be held as part of the 2012 Health & Wellbeing @ Work Conference at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham on Tuesday 6th March 2012.

John Mellor-Clarke, managing director of Core, is the guest speaker at the AGM. He will present the findings of the EAPA-commissioned study into the impact of EAP interventions.

The Health & Wellbeing @ Work Conference is all about improving the health and wellbeing of work-aged people and will offer visitors new ideas and resources to ensure employees are fit, healthy, return to work quickly following absence and stay in work.

Keynote speakers at the 2012 event include Professor Dame Carol Blakc, Lord David Freud and Dr Bill Gunnyeon CBE, the director for Health, Work & Wellbeing and Chief Medical Adviser at the Department for Work and Pensions.

Members of the UK EAPA can attend the Conference free of charge by joining the Health & Wellbeing Network.  Membership of the Health & Wellbeing Network costs £25 (+VAT) and you can sign up at www.healthatwork2012.co.uk.
