EAPs are growing in popularity among SMEs

According to David Smith, Secretary of EAPA, many providers are developing EAPs specifically for SMEs. Quoted in the January 2010 issue of Employee Benefits, David recognises that more and more providers are responding to the needs of this specific market segment and have been known to provide EAP's for organisations with as few as four employees!
