Maternity Cover - Senior Account Manager – CiC02


CiC is a specialist provider of Employee Assistance Programmes and related psychologically based services; we work with organisations that understand the importance of quality in this market area.

We now have a vacancy for an experienced senior account manager to take responsibility for a number of current client accounts. This is initially a fixed term opportunity for one year to cover maternity leave. 

The role will be based primarily at the CiC central office, Kensington, London. However, there will be some UK travel, when meeting both customers and potential customers.

The successful applicant will work in our small team and be responsible for developing and maintaining the partnership CiC has with existing customers and for presenting CiC services to potential customers.

The role combines relationship management with aspects of sales work and requires an ability to combine commercial astuteness with sensitivity to the human dimension at the core of our work.

We are looking for someone with a successful account management background and an understanding of counselling and psychologically related work within organisations.  If you can demonstrate well developed personal and consultancy skills for making strategic interventions, for ensuring that services are always tailored to customer requirements and that relationships can be established at a range of levels, plus an awareness of the value of the services and the marketplace then we would like to hear from you.
