Bank Counsellors for Advice Line

Bank Counsellors for our Advice Line - posted 10 December 2009

CiC is based in Kensington and provides Employee Assistance Programmes and related psychological services to a wide range of private and public sector organisations both nationally and internationally.

Due to the growth of our business we are now looking for “bank” advice-line consultants.

This is not a permanent post, but offers the opportunity to be one of our team of bank consultants who we can call on to cover shifts as and when necessary, this is often booked in advance, but can be to cover at short notice.

This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the EAP world, to have the experience of working therapeutically with clients on the phone and to work in a enthusiastic and friendly team, in a counselling oriented setting.

Applicants will need to have recognised counselling or psychotherapy training, along with experience of client contact and a commercial/corporate or professional background.

It is the policy of CiC to establish and maintain a working environment, terms and conditions of service and employment practices and procedures which will ensure that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, religion, sexual orientation, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins, sex or marital status.

To express an interest or for more information, please contact Ann Kelly, Office Manager, by email to: ann.kelly@cic-eap.co.uk or telephone 020 7937 6224
