Case Managers
Validium is one of the UK’s fastest growing suppliers of Employee Assistance and Rehabilitation Programmes.
We currently have vacancies at our Beaconsfield office for Case Managers to join our existing clinical team. Applicants must be accredited or eligible for BACP or UKCP accreditation, or chartered through the BPS, and must be available to work at least three days a week.
The successful candidate will be a good team player, computer literate and will ideally have experience or expertise in brief solution-focused counselling. Line Management and/or HR experience would be of value. Duties will include handling referrals and all aspects of the management of, on-going cases in discussion with affiliates in the field.
