CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER, HARROGATE, CIRCA £35,000
Oakdale is a respected provider of high quality psychological therapies and employee wellbeing services, supporting clients throughout the UK.
Role: Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing Services, this person will be responsible for leading a team of psychological therapists providing clinical excellence in a dynamic environment. The team provides assessment and triage of cases and the delivery of face to face, telephone and online counselling and psychotherapy.

The Candidate: The right person will be a qualified psychologist, counsellor or psychotherapist capable of leading a team and collaborating and communicating effectively with other senior managers and professionals within Oakdale and externally. Desirable personal qualities include integrity, attention to detail, ability to lead with confidence and take responsibility for service delivery, being customer focussed and results oriented, comfortable dealing with change and technological innovation.
