Clinical Team Leader, Telephone Counsellors

The Role
PPC Worldwide is looking for a Clinical Team Leader to manage a team of telephone counsellors in their Oxford Head Office.
You will be primarily responsible for line management of the counselling team members including appraisals, staff development, absence management and rota management within the call centre environment. On a broader scale, you will ensure that all team members meet productivity goals, ensure incoming calls are routed correctly and efficiently, implement and manage all training within the team, manage the resolution of client complaints, conduct audits and ensure that client relationships are managed professionally and within the provision of service.
Essential Experience
In order to be considered for this role, you must have a University Accredited, Post Graduate Counselling Diploma or Masters Degree in Counselling and BACP Accreditation or UKCP Registration ( or be eligible for such accreditation of registration) coupled with experience managing a team preferably within a call centre or telephone counselling environment.
Experience working within the EAP or Health and Well being Sector would be an advantage and the ability to be adaptable to the changing needs of the business is essential.
