Committee - Andrew Kinder
Andrew is a chartered counselling and chartered occupational psychologist with over 15 years experience. He is also former chair of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy's specialist workplace division. He has particular experience in and can comment on a range of issues including stress, substance misuse, trauma and employee assistance. Andrew currently heads up Atos Healthcare's EAP and has recently co-edited 'Employee Wellbeing Support: a workplace resource'.
Committee - Libby Payne
Libby has 17 years experience in workplace and EAP counselling, she is currently the Clinical Director for CiC, specializing in post trauma support, she has written the BACP guidelines for telephone counseling and maintains a small private practice which includes training, counseling and supervision.
Committee - Steve Hannington
Steve leads a team that specialises in delivering confidential, impartial, practical legal advice and services to a range of individuals and organisations, including a number of employee assistance programmes. Issues Steve can comment on include the role and benefit of legal advice in EAPs, as well as trends in the type and number of calls received from EAP sources that relate to legal issues. His team of advisors offer support on a range of topics including consumer rights, employment law, debt management, family law, estate planning, immigration, motoring, personal injury, taxation and family. Steve is chief executive of Law Express.
Committee - Mike Dyos
Mike has extensive experience when it comes to delivering and supporting organisational wellness. He specialises in developing the EAPs to become highly interactive customer focused business tools with measurable outcomes that can demonstrate a true return on investment. Mike is head of Right Corecare.
Committe - Amanda K Smith
Amanda works in the field of employee wellbeing and support, helping HR and senior managers to provide pro-active, tailored EAP services in the public and private sectors. She is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and is also trained as a workplace mediator. Issues she can comment on include stress, trauma and workplace mediation. Amanda is clinical director for Amian Employee Assistance Providers
