Helpline Telephone Counsellor
Based at Head Office, Mill Hill, London NW7 (up to 21 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced professional who is an accredited, registered member of the BACP, BPS, COSCA, UKCP or equivalent or holding a counselling qualification accepted by one of these bodies. The successful candidate will be required to assess the suitability and eligibility of Helpline clients who wish to undertake a short course of face-to-face counselling. Duties will include maintaining accurate records and reporting activities using established clinical systems.
