Status: Full and part-time positions available, casual ad hoc hours also available
Details: Duties include the provision of telephonic assessments, counselling support and crisis management, case referrals and follow-up. Good task management, IT/Administration and communication skills via telephone and email essential. You will be an experienced counsellor and possess a diploma in counselling and accreditation or eligibility for the same.
